多芯片LED混色技术研究及全光谱相似度计算

摘要(Abstract):

目前市场上全光谱白光LED能够做到在可见光范围内光谱连续,并无限接近太阳光光谱。全光谱白光LED大多采用多个单色LED混光混色的方式实现。本文通过理论计算与实验测试,研究了不同颜色的LED混光混色后,白光色温CCT及显色指数Ra的变化。实验采用了RGBALC六种单色LED进行混白光实验,通过控制单色LED的工作电流和单色LED不同组合方式,研究不同色温白光的LED混色效果。理论与实验表明:理论计算值和实验测试值一致;混白光色坐标可在普朗克轨迹线上移动;混光后的白光色温可根据需求进行调节,并在1 600~20 000 K色温区间内变化;混白光显色指数Ra可高达92~97以上。
At present, full-spectrum white light LEDs on the market can achieve continuous spectrum in the visible light range and be infinitely close to the sunlight spectrum. Full-spectrum white light LEDs are mostly realized by mixing multiple monochromatic LEDs. This paper uses theoretical calculations and experiments to study the changes of white light color temperature(CCT) and color rendering index(Ra) after the light mixing of different colors of LEDs. The experiment uses six kinds of RGBALC monochromatic LEDs for mixing white light experiment, by controlling the working current of monochromatic LED and with different combination methods of monochromatic LEDs, to study the color mixing effect of white light with different color temperatures. Theory and experiment show that: the theoretical calculation value is consistent with the experimental test value; the color coordinate of the mixed white light can be moved on the Planck track; the color temperature of the white light after the mixing can be adjusted based on requirements and changed in the color temperature range of 1 600~20 000 K; the color rendering index Ra of mixed white light can be as high as 92~97.
