全光谱白光LED的混色研究

摘要(Abstract):

目前市场上全光谱白光LED能够做到在可见光范围内光谱连续,接近太阳光光谱。采用一种这类全光谱白光LED进行混色的方法,通过理论计算与实验测试研究了不同色温的全光谱白光LED混色后光效、色温Tc及显色指数R_a的变化。实验采用3 000,4 000 K和5 000 K三种全光谱白光LED样品进行混色,通过控制工作电流和不同组合方式研究全光谱白光的混色效果。理论与实验表明:理论计算值和实验测试值一致;电流的改变对色度学参数几乎没有影响;混色后白光光效能保证在100 lm/W以上;色温可以实现在3000~5 000 K可调;显色指数Ra可以高达92~97。
At present,full-spectrum white LEDs on the market could achieve continuous spectrum within the visible light range,which were close to the solar spectrum. Based on the mixture of these full-spectrum white LEDs,luminous efficacy,color temperature and color rending index were analyzed by theories and experiments. Three full-spectrum white LED samples of different color temperature( 3 000,4 000 K and5 000 K) were mixed. The dimming effect was analyzed by changing with forward current and different combinations. The results showed that the theoretical and experimental values were consistent; the change of current had little effect on the chromaticity parameters; the luminous efficacy could be guaranteed to be over 100 lm/W; the range of color temperature of mixed white LEDs was 3 000 ~ 5 000 K; the color rendering index was 92 ~ 97.
