摘要(Abstract)：

杭州市夜景照明规划是在杭州城市总体规划指导下的一个重要专项规划,主要的职能对杭州市城市夜景照明的建设起指导作用。文中主要讨论了杭州夜景规划的目标、总体构想、原则以及分项规划的要点及照明要素控制。
This paper presents an important lighting master plan for the city of Hangzhou under the direction of the city's overall development plan. It mainly discusses the significance of the plan, specifies the principles and methods adopted, and introduces the content of the plan. It also deals with the main points in planning phase and the control of their lighting elements.
