摘要(Abstract):
以3年生滇重楼种苗为试验材料,采用LED光源精确调制光质,以白光为对照,研究橙、蓝、绿、橙/蓝(8∶1)、橙/蓝/绿(8∶1∶1)5种不同光质对滇重楼生长、光合特性、皂苷含量及产量的影响。结果表明:蓝光有利于滇重楼的生长及干物质积累;橙/蓝/绿(8∶1∶1)处理下滇重楼叶片净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率均为最高,橙光处理下最低;蓝光处理下滇重楼根茎皂苷含量及产量最高。
3-year-old seedlings of Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis as experimental materials,the effects of different LED light quality and their combination,including orange light,blue light,green light,orange/blue( 8 ∶ 1),orange/blue/green( 8 ∶ 1 ∶ 1),and white light( as control) on the growth,photosynthesis,saponins content and yield of P. polyphylla var. yunnanensis were studied. The results showed that the growth and dry matter accumulation of P. polyphylla var. yunnanensis were improved by blue light; leaf net photosynthetic rate,stomata conductance and transpiration rate were the highest at orange/blue/green( 8∶ 1∶ 1) treatment and the lowest at orange lighttreatment. The rhizome saponins content and yield was the highest in blue light treatment.
