通过使用智能变色灯改善睡眠质量
Improvement of Sleep Quality by Using An Intelligent Color Varied Light

摘要(Abstract):

本文旨在探讨不同照明环境对人体睡眠质量主观与客观的影响,研究采用生理量测方式包含量测脑电图与Heart Rate Variability(HRV)作为指标,以探讨照明光源对受测者的客观评价,并利用心理评价问卷作为受测者的主观影响。共有28名受测者(19男9女)参与本实验,所有受试者将随机接受4组实验,实验灯光环境分别为动态照度光源、动态色温光源、小夜灯与全暗房间内实验。实验时间为1 h,实验后填写问卷评量,全程接受脑波与心电量测。根据结果显示在动态光的比较中,动态色温光源比动态照度光源更能够提升睡眠质量,而且动态色温光源与小夜灯的睡眠质量也较无照光下更好,受测者的脑波δ/β、β/α与θ有显著影响的上升,主观与客观分析中结果一致显示出改变色温的照光确实有助于提升睡眠。
The intent of this paper is to investigate the influence of different lighting environments on sleeping quality from objective and subjective aspects. In this study, the physiological measurement mode is measuring EEG and HRV, as an indicator to explore the impact on subject's objective evaluation of the lighting environment. Psychological questionnaires are used as subjective evaluation of the subject's physiological effects. 28 participants(19 males and 9 females) participate in the experiment. All participants accepted 4 group of experiments in random, whose lighting environments include dynamic illuminance lighting, dynamic color temperature lighting, dim light and full dark room, respectively. Their EEG and ECG data were captured during the whole process, and the questionnaires were filled after experiment. The experiment cost 1 hour in total. According to the dynamic lighting results, the light source that changes the color temperature can improve the sleep quality more than the change of illumination can. The sleep quality with varied-color temperature and dim light are better than that of the full dark room. The subjects' brain waves of δ/β, β/α and θ/α have significant rise. The objective assessment result is consistent with the subjective assessment result. This proved varied-color temperature really help to improve the sleep quality.
