摘要(Abstract):
<正>发光二极管(LEDs)可高效地将电能转化为光能,在现代社会具有广泛的用途,如照明、平板显示、医疗器件等。传统无机LED技术相对成熟且发光效率高,在照明领域应用广泛,但外延生长等制备工艺限制了其难用于大面积和柔性器件制备。有机或量子点LED具有易于大面积成膜、可柔性化等优势,但是高亮度下的低效率和短寿命问题还亟待解决。金属卤化物钙钛矿型材料(其结构见图1)兼具无机和有机材料的诸多优点[1-4],如可溶液法大面
