实现均匀洗墙照明的LED嵌入式筒灯Recessed Luminaires for Uniform Wall Washing

摘要(Abstract):
现有的LED嵌入式洗墙筒灯,大多采用反光杯、透镜以及反光杯的控光系统,因为一个反光杯难以实现理想的光斑效果,所以通常需要在出光口增设一个反光杯来补充墙角处的光,但这两个反光杯外形结构差异较大,实际加工很难合并,且增设透镜更多起保护作用。本文提出了一种能对墙角等暗处进行补光的嵌入式洗墙灯具,通过三维建模软件建立本系统模型,导入光学仿真软件进行蒙特卡罗光线追迹与仿真分析。从仿真结果与灯具实际点亮效果看来,该系统不仅可以对墙角等暗处进行充分补光,实现在两灯安装间距为1 m,灯具距离墙面为1 m的情况下,实现洗亮3 m高墙的光学效果,同时结构简单、成本经济、加工安装方便。
The existing LED recessed luminaires mostly use reflectors,lenses,and reflectors for uniform wall washing. Since a single reflector is difficult to achieve the desired effect,it is usually necessary to add a reflector to the exit to complement the light to the corner. However the difference between the shapes of the two reflectors is big,the actual processing is difficult to combine them together,and the addition lens is somehow mainly for protection purpose. This paper proposes a recessed luminaires for uniform wall washing that can fill the dark corners and other places. The system model was built by 3 D modeling software,and the optical simulation software was introduced to perform Monte Carlo ray tracing and simulation analysis. From the simulation results and the actual lighting effect of the luminaire,the system can not only fully fill the dark areas such as corners,but also realize washing 3 m wall surface when the installation distance between the two luminaires is 1 m and the luminaire is 1 m away from the wall surface.
