摘要(Abstract):
LED(发光二极管)将取代现有光源成为下一代光源,而荧光粉作为LED关键技术之一,引起了广泛的重视。目前,照明用LED荧光粉基本被国外垄断,我国随着国家的重视,近几年的投入大大增加,发展势头迅猛。针对目前LED照明的要求,综述了LED荧光粉的特点、研究现状及趋势。
LED(light-emitting diode) will replace the existing light source as the next generation light source.LED phosphor,as one of key technologies,has attracted wide attention.At present,the lighting LED phosphor is monopolized by companies abroad.It develops rapidly with the emphasis on phosphor in our country.For the requirements of the current LED lighting,this article summarized the LED phosphor characteristics,research status and trends.
