通过综述南非2011国际照明委员会(CIE)大会的邀请报告、大会报告、张贴论文报告、张贴论文、专题论坛、分部会议、技术委员会会议,对于第三分部的研究热点和成果进行综述。
To give an overview of the research focus and results of Division Three through the review of the invited reports,keynote reports,presented posters,posters,workshops,DIV meetings,TC meetings for 27th Session of the CIE South Africa(CIE,International Commission on Illumination).
