民用飞机新型光触媒净化装置的光学特性

摘要(Abstract):

为有效去除民用飞机座舱中的挥发性有机化合物(volatile organic compounds,VOC),对一种新型民机管路式光触媒净化装置中光学部件的光学特性进行了重点研究。该光学部件主要由紫外光发光二极管(ultraviolet light emitting diode,UV-LED)与导光板组合而成。由于净化装置的构型受限,导光板被设计为两端入光的窄长型结构,鲜见于目前的导光板领域。针对该光学部件,用光线追迹法建立其光学模型,并经由实验结果予以验证。基于该光学模型分析了导光板厚度不同、点光源与导光板入光端面间距不同、网点高度不同、以及网点直径不同时对出光性能的影响,为今后类似构型的导光板光学设计提供依据。
In order to remove the VOCs( volatile organic compounds) in civil aircraft cabin efficiently,the optical characteristic of the optical component in a new pipe line photocatalytic decontamination device for civil aircraft is studied particularly. This optical component is mainly composed by UV LED( ultraviolet light emitting diode) and light guide plate. Limited by the configuration of the device,the light guide plate must be designed as narrow and long,which is absolutely rare. In this paper,optical model is established by ray tracing method,and the simulation results have be verified by experiments. Based on this optical model,light performance has been researched,considering factors such as the thickness of light guide plate,the distance between point light sources and light guide plate,dot height and dot diameter. Results in this paper can provide optical design evidence for light guide plate of similar configuration.
