失能眩光对道路照明安全影响的研究Research of the Influence of Disability Glare on Road Lighting Safety

摘要(Abstract):
失能眩光是由于眩光源在人眼屈光介质内形成散射而形成的,可以通过等效光幕亮度和路面平均亮度来确定失能眩光的影响大小。采用失能眩光对反应时间影响实验,定量研究等效光幕亮度与反应时间之间的数学表达式,实验数据的拟合曲线的精度较高,满足工程上应用。
Disability Glare is caused by that the beam from light source scatters in refracting media of man's eyes.The influence of disability glare is decided by the Equivalent Veiling Luminance and average road luminance.With the experiment of reaction time affected by disability glare,a quantitative study on the function of relationship between the Equivalent Veiling Luminance and reaction time is carried out and get a relatively accurate function curve of the experimental data which can be used at project utilization.
