摘要(Abstract):

本文简要介绍了重庆市第一个LED城市夜景照明示范项目。设计充分利用了LED体积小、响应快、色彩丰富等特点,利用一套自主研发的LED灯光控制系统,对建筑外立面上不同型号、类型的LED光源进行精确的点对点控制,形成了可随季节、时间变化的大型夜景画面。通过LED灯具的排列,在立面上组合出一个巨大的LED广告屏幕,从而解决了在中国城市夜景照明项目建设中,政府行为和商业利益之间的平衡问题,使城市夜景投资不再是无回报的投资。此外,该项目全部采用重庆本地产LED产品,可产生1000种以上画面变化的控制系统也由本地合作伙伴研制开发,有力地带动了本地LED产业的发展。
This article briefly introduces the design of the first LED exterior lighting demonstration project in Chongqing, China. With the help of a unique locally developed LED control system, we can achieve many different permutation and combination of LED luminaires to a high-rise building faade resulting in a very large scale illuminated pictures that can be changed at any time. It is also the first attempt to combine government initiative with commercial investment in a city exterior lighting program by treating building faade lighting as a dynamic billboard for commercial advertising. This makes the lighting project a viable investment with an excellent financial payback. All LED products used in this project are developed and manufactured locally. The sophisticated but flexible control system which can produce unlimited images is designed and installed by our local partners. An important result of this project is helping local manufacturers develop better products for the market and brings about LED industrialization.
