山地城市老旧社区梯道光环境改善策略初探——以重庆市渝中区嘉西村社区为例

摘要(Abstract):

光环境提升是城市有机更新的重要部分,在尊重城市遗产的基础上实现活力再生正在成为表达城市遗产价值理念的一种方式。文章以重庆市渝中区嘉西村社区为研究对象,对社区内梯道光环境现状进行了调研,并与相关标准进行了比对。总结归纳了常见的梯道照明设计策略,并结合亚洲设计学年奖“光与空间”金奖作品,从景观性、功能性、经济性对该社区梯道夜间照明改造提出了新的构想,以“光”为切入点,以微改造的方式提升光环境质量与社区活力,为老旧社区更新提供思路。
The improvement of light environment is an important part of urban organic renewal, and the realization of dynamic regeneration on the basis of respecting urban heritage is becoming a way to express the value concept of urban heritage. This paper takes Jiaxi Village, Yuzhong District, Chongqing as the research object, investigates the status quo of the light environment of the stairway in the community, and compares it with relevant standards. It summarizes the common stairway lighting design strategy, combined with an Asian school year award, the gold award in the “light and space”, and puts forward a new idea of community stairway lighting transformation from the landscape, functionality and efficiency perspectives. It uses “light” as the breakthrough point to improve the light environment quality and community vitality by means of micro transformation, and provides ideas for the renewal of old communities.
