激光光源的蓝光实时检测方法研究

摘要(Abstract):

激光光源在汽车照明领域的应用越来越多,随之而来的是激光的荧光粉破裂引起的蓝光安全问题。本文针对这一问题,提出了一种蓝光泄露的实时检测原理及方法,利用弱透反射镜将光源发出光线分成两束,一束形成远光,另一束照射至两个数字式光电传感器上,配合蓝色与黄色滤光片分别可以检测出光源中蓝色波段的光照度值和黄色波段的光照度值,通过这两个检测进行逻辑组合判断是否存在蓝光泄露,通过实测可以检测出8个损坏光源样件存在蓝光泄露,验证了本文方法的有效性。
Laser light source is more and more used in the field of automobile lighting, followed by the blue light safety problem caused by the rupture of laser phosphor. To solve this problem, this paper proposes a real-time detection principle and method of blue light leakage. The light emitted by the light source is divided into two beams by using a weak transmittance mirror. One beam acts as high beam, and the other irradiates two digital photoelectric sensors. With the blue and yellow filters, the illuminance value of the blue band and the yellow band in the light source can be detected respectively. The blue light leakage could be detected with logical combination judgement. The results show that there is blue light leakage in 8 damaged light source samples, which verifies the effectiveness of the method.
