基于C-NCAP的室内整车灯光性能评价

摘要(Abstract):

由于车辆照明对夜间行车安全至关重要,车辆照明性能越来越受到人们的重视,对灯具零部件以及整车灯光照明的测试需求也不断增加。最初的照明测试和性能评估是通过夜间行驶在无照明道路或者测试轨道上的车辆进行的,近年来也出现了通过光度测量设备进行眩光及照明范围的测试方法。然而,所有户外测试都会受到天气、路况、环境光、温湿度和驾驶参数或行为等外部影响,这些都限制了测试结果的可重复性。本文论述了基于C-NACP要求下一种新的整车灯光性能评价试验室的设计及实现,说明了如何在试验室环境中测量整车的前照灯性能,从而克服户外测试的缺点。
Performance of vehicle lighting is getting more and more attention due to its intrinsic importance for safety during night-time driving. Therefore, the test demand for lamp parts and vehicle lighting is also increasing. The initial lighting test and performance assessments were carried out by vehicles driving on dark roads or test tracks at night. In recent years, there have also been test methods for glare and illumination range through photometric measurement equipment. However, all outdoor tests are subject to external influences such as weather, road conditions, ambient light, temperature, humidity and driving parameters or behaviour, which limit the repeatability of test results. This article discusses the design and implementation of a new vehicle lighting performance evaluation laboratory based on C-NACP requirements, and explains how to measure vehicle headlight performance in the laboratory environment, so as to overcome the shortcomings of outdoor testing.
